No Laughing matter
Wynton Marsalis should be ashamed of having individuals removed from the show for using their cell phone. People pay hard earned money and there is NO reason to have someone removed merely for using their cell phone. People may have children or an elderly parent at home, and checking for urgent messages is not a crime. Unless the person was recording or taking pics, simply texting or tweeting has no impact as far as being a disruption to the show, especially in a 20,000 seat arena. The way Wynton Marsalis treated paying customers was completely ridiculous. I'm sure he'll be fine, he doesn't need my money, but I don't need his comedy either if that's how he treats paying customers. His management and whomever was involved were involved in the situation.
